Rhythm Of The Rain

Listen to the rhythm of the falling rain
Telling me just what a fool I’ve been
I wish that it would go and let me cry in vain
And let me be alone again
The only guy I care about has gone away
Looking for a brand-new start
But little did he know that when she left that day
Along with him she took my heart
Rain, please tell me now, does that seem fair
For him steal my heart away when he don’t care
I can’t love another when my heart’s somewhere far away

Listen to the rhythm of the falling rain
Telling me just what a fool I’ve been
I wish that it would go and let me cry in vain
And let me be alone again

Rain, please tell me now, does that seem fair
For him steal my heart away when he don’t care
I can’t love another when my heart’s somewhere far away

Listen to the rhythm of the falling rain
Telling me just what a fool I’ve been
I wish that it would go and let me cry in vain
And let me be alone again

Rain, won’t you tell him that I love him so
Please, ask the Sun to set her heart aglow
Rain in him heart and let the love we knew start to grow

Listen to the rhythm of the falling rain
Telling me just what a fool I’ve been
I wish that it would go and let me cry in vain
And let me be alone again
Oh, listen to the falling rain
Bidih, bidih, bidih, badah
Oh-oh, listen, listen to the falling rain

B Side – Action Man Lyrics

I’m not gonna sleep my life away
I do what, I do, I do; and now this is I like it (like it)
See, there’s this guy in town that I’d like to know
I do what, I feel, I feel it now I have nothing to hide it

Refrain:
I need my action man tonight.
I need him here to hold me tight.
I need my action man to stay
I need him here ‘cause I want to play.

Won’t stay at home, livin’ by the phone
I do what I do and I’m never alone

It’s electrifyin’ never stops to fly in
He’s a total stranger so I’m looking for danger
I need my action man tonight you’re gonna be hangin’
And he’s gonna hide me, is my action man alive?

Watching TV’s really quite a bore
I do what, I do, I do, and now this is I like it (like it)
See he don’t have to pick stuff off the floor
I do what, I feel, I feel it now I don’t have to fight it

I need my action man tonight.
I need him here to hold me tight.
I need my action man to stay
I need him here ‘cause I want to play.

Won’t stay at home, livin’ by the phone
So I do what I do and I’m never alone

It’s electrifyin’ never stops to fly in
He’s a total stranger so I’m looking for danger
I need my action man tonight you’re gonna be hangin’
And he’s gonna hide me, is my action man alive?

(Instrumental)

You know I’m so delighted when you’re around
You make me high and frisker, feet off the ground
You know I’m so excited when you are near
When you’re here

It’s electrifyin’ never stops to fly in
He’s a total stranger so I’m looking for danger

Electronic Voice:
I’m on the town, they’re all kids, but I’m the action man.
Night after night they fight for a piece of the action man.

Choir:
Action man, you know that I want ya
Action man, you know that I need ya
(Electronic voice and choir repeat until fade)
